Ski Vail

If you choose to visit Colorado, one of the many activities you can participate in is to ski Vail. The Vail Ski Resort has 193 total runs. Eighteen percent of the trails are for less experienced skiers and twenty-nine percent of the trails are for intermediate skiers. Experts that ski Vail have the greater part of the area because the advanced trails cover fifty-three percent of the runs, with the longest run being the Riva Ridge. The Riva Ridge is about four miles long.

When you ski Vail Mountain, you will be thrilled to know that is the largest single mountain ski resort in the United States. It has seven bowls that are spread across the three areas of the Front-Side, Blue Sky Basin and the Back Bowls. Vail Mountain is the second largest resort in North America with over 5,200 acres of land.
