When the main focus of your trip is to ski, Steamboat Ski Resort offers specific season dates, usually during the months of November through April. Enjoy your vacation at one of the three lower mountains that has the lengthy Why Not trail from the Thunderhead Express lift. If you insist on being more risky, most of the expert runs are located on the extreme terrain on Mount Werner.
