If you want to snowboard or ski Crested Butte Mountain Resort, you will be taking part in one of the best mountain ranges in Colorado. The mountain of Crested Butte ascends to over twelve thousand feet above sea level. The ski base itself is somewhat above nine thousand feet. The Crested Butte Mountain has hosted major occasions such as the United States Extreme Skiing Championships and the X Games.
